| The Tuition Refund Policy at Immaculate Conception School is as Follows: |

| 1. | Monthly (FACTS) payment - No refund for withdrawal at any time. | |
|
| 2. | Bi-annual (FACTS) payment (June/December) - 50 % refund of amount paid before the first day of school; no refund after school starts. | |
|
| 3. | Full tuition paid-up-front - 50% refund of amount paid before the first day of school; if withdrawal is before the end of the first trimester, refund will be 25%. | |
