Registration Procedure 2025-2026

If tuition is paid in full by June 6, 2024, a 3% discount will be given.

Every family must enroll in the FACTS tuition program. This is mandated by the Catholic Schools Office of the Archdiocese of Boston.

A $ 200.00 credit will be given to each family after the Principal or PICS Planning Committee officially approves a $200 credit to the tuition upon successful completion of the Volunteer Commitment under the Fair Share Contract.

A $ 300.00 sibling discount will be given to the second child in Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten as seen above.

Tuition Refund Policy

The Tuition Refund Policy at Immaculate Conception School is as follows:

• Tuition paid up to the point of withdrawal is non-refundable and non-transferable. All fees are non-refundable
• If a student withdraws before August 31, the family is responsible for 25% of the annual tuition, with arefund of 75% of the total annual tuition (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• If a student withdraws before November 30, the family is responsible for 75% of the annual tuition, with arefund of 25% of the total annual tuition.
• If a student withdraws after November 30, the family is responsible for 100% of the annual tuition and will
  not receive a refund.
