Registration Procedure 2026-2027

If tuition is paid in full by June 5, 2026, a 3% discount will be given.

Every family must enroll in the FACTS tuition program. This is mandated by the Catholic Schools Office of the Archdiocese of Boston.

A $200.00 credit will be given to each family after the Principal or PICS Planning Committee officially approves a $200 credit to the tuition upon successful completion of the Volunteer Commitment under the Fair Share Contract.

A $300.00 sibling discount will be given to the second child in Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten as seen above.

Immaculate Conception School considers the cost of your child’s education as a full school year expense. Books are purchased, teachers are hired, and classrooms are prepared in anticipation of each student’s full-year participation. As a result, there are specific policies regarding students who enroll and withdraw from school.

Enrolling after the start of the school year

For enrollment after the start of school in September, the tuition will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the school year, including the month of enrollment. For example, if a student enrolls on December 10th, the family is responsible for seven months of tuition, including December.

Withdrawing after the start of the school year

Please note that parents or guardians who are financially responsible for a withdrawn student are obligated to pay tuition according to the following schedule and conditions:

  • Families who choose to withdraw their child should notify the school in writing at least two weeks in advance of the intended withdrawal date.
  • The school will collect tuition payments equal to the months of attendance plus one additional month. If a student withdraws in December and has given two weeks notice, the student has attended four months of school, and the family is responsible for five months of tuition.
  • Tuition must be current before a student withdrawal is processed. School records will not be released until all tuition and financial obligations are satisfied.
  • Tuition paid up to the point of withdrawal is non-refundable and non-transferable. All fees are non-refundable.
